HOW TO MEASURE
A - LENGTH - measure from the base of the neck (where the neck joins the body - between the shoulder blades), to the base of the tail (where the tail joins the body)
     (do not measure from where the collar sits on the neck)
B - WIDTH - measure all the way around the dog, behind the front legs, at the widest point of the ribcage
C - NECK - measure all the way around the dog’s neck at the
         collar placement
D - LEG - measure from the "elbow" to the floor
E - HEAD - measure all the way around the dog’s neck, right behind the ears
